Matt was very quick to respond to my call. He took the time to walk me through all the details that he found when inspecting my roof. It was clear from the video that he was giving me a level headed fact based assessment. Not knowing much about roofs I had a number of questions and matt patiently explained the answers. At no point did I feel like he wanted to move on to a "higher paying job". Finding an honest and articulate repair person is really critical to protecting your investment in your home.
